A Multi-Window System involves paging people from a lobby or waiting area to multiple destinations. The Multi-Window Paging System is a visual display that directs customers to their appropriate window or counter when their number is displayed (both on the Lobby Master and Window Slave).
The Microframe 5100 series displays can be used either as a standard Take-A-Number System or they can be configured by the end user as a Multi-Window Paging System using the displays as Lobby Masters, Lobby Slaves, Window Masters, or Windows Slaves. To design your own Multi-Window system, simply order as many 5100 series displays as you need for your entire installation and then follow the accompanying instructions for wiring each display. The wiring of the 5100 displays is what determines if the system operates as a standard Take-A-Number or as a Multi-Window Tag System. Please feel free to call Microframe if you have any questions.
